    This is so frustrating to hear, but I'm glad your order FINALLY shipped out!
    The results for other brides mugs have been so nice and I feel like there aren't many options outside of discountmugs so I feel like I have to use them. Hopefully it won't take a month to go into production, I don't have that kinda time!

    Too bad 4imprint.ca has such huge minimums on their orders, I only need like 25.

      The good thing is so many brides have used them with no problems....& i do love the mugs so i'm sure you'll be fine!!

        It's too bad that your experience with them so far hasn't been ideal, but I know that you will like the results! I also used them (after sourcing Canadian options with no luck) and I was very happy with our mugs. I guess the lesson to take away from this one is to be patient and order them well in advance! Like most of the popular vendors, they get busy and sometimes their turn-around time is longer than expected. Good luck with the rest of your planning!

          I guess it's just hit or miss with them. I placed an order about 1.5 weeks ago for my totes. I was eagerly awaiting the delivery next week but I got an email saying that the color I want is out of stock. I don't know if I will go ahead. Maybe I should just get a refund and start all over some place else!

            After much debate I ordered from Discount Mugs, but at the urging of Becks of Allurements by Rebecca I ordered over the phone. While it seemed old fashioned compared to the internet, I am glad I did. The lady initially told me they did not enough of a color to fill my order, but after pushing her she checked and realized that she was mistaken and that they did. So farthey have delivered exactly on schedule with everything they promised. My mugs are shiiping today so I will know next week how they turned out. One other thing that Becks advised me to do was to request a proof so that I could double check everything, which I had the next day. Hpe this helps, ladies.

                Well I definately suggest that if you order from DM you leave plently of time. I placed an order for personalized totes last month and got a call almost two weeks later that the item was out of stock. I spoke to someone at the company who told me I could do a simple switch of bags with something similar. Then she told me it would cost more than the initial for printing. I asked for a full refund and found a place to get totes in my wedding colors and forget about personalization.
