200 Calorie and Under Breakfast Ideas - do you have one?

How can you live off of so few calories? I would be a puddle on the floor!

I eat twice in the mornings - at around 9 and 11 - and then eat lunch at 12:30 or 1. Again at 3. First it's cereal (always something Kashi because they don't have any crazy additives). I also have to have some tea with cream or I'll have some yogurt or cottage cheese with fruit (Nancy's natural - again no additives) anyway, something in it to keep me going but that I can eat while I'm on the run in the office. Then it's a bagel or a bunch of almonds with fruit at 10 or 11.

On days where I have more time, I stop at whole foods for eggs and sausage or at Starbucks for one of their egg sandwiches. Those are the best days. If I don't eat enough in the morning, I am a mess and my body just pushes me to eat more throughout the day than I would normally want or need (ending in a big dinner which then just makes me feel awful).

Everyday I eat

1/4 cup of oats

3 egg whites

mix together and cook like a pancake

sprinkle splenda and cinnamon.....yum yum

I also have a 1/4 cup of berries

I eat 6 meals a day, so I eat every 2-3 hours that way I never feel hungry....

for extra protein you can mix protein powder in with the oats and egg whites.

enjoy!

1 toasted whole grain english muffin
1 egg white (fried in just a spritz of Pam)
1 piece of turkey bacon

put it all together to make a breakfast sandwich. It's 2 WW points...not sure of the calories, but has protein and fiber which will keep you fuller longer.
Hey Janet, That's mine too. But I use 1/2 slice of 2% milk Kraft singles, rather than the bacon

I'm a big fan of Ego's, just plain buttermilk eggos with no syrup or butter and guess what only 180 calories... heheh I know it's not really healthy but I really like them for some strange reason and I never get sick of them.

Do you have blood sugar issues? You eat exactly like me and I was diagnosed hypoglycemic a few years ago and I eat my FIRST meal under 200 calories...haha. I try to eat 5-6 small meals a day.

Oprah's trainer guy...Bob something, suggested adding cherios and almonds to Kashi Go Lean cereal. I love it!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
