Stina-

Dont worry, itwill all come together! I keep swinging back and forth between "I have everything under control" to  "omg I have so much left to do!"... sometimes it takes a phone call to my mom to help me keep everything in perspective... because in the grand scheme of things, everything will get done and you will be marrying the love of your life in 3 months! All those small details that only you will notice wont be a big deal.

I can't even decide what earrings to buy! I am in so much trouble!

Darnit! I guess I'll have to start buying the songs and planning ahead. That Pandora app has gotten me so spoiled with not having to purchase music! Oh well... Thank you!!

I know the casitas side of the resort has internet access and wifi but I believe they give each room a specific pass code to access it and from what some of my relatives said, the internet was EXTREMELY slow.

I would count on downloading everything before you go down there.

We were there in November...here is a tip for free wifi

in the public restrooms EDR will post a weekly newsletter. There is a password on it that will be revealed if you go to their Facebook page and "like" them ;)

if you have trouble with it just go to the front desk or concierge and they will give it to you, but you must tell em you did the "like"

we were lucky enough, that the password lasted the entire week & we shared it with friends. We were all able to use our IPads & IPods on the beach and pool

Thanks Wolferts! I feel a lot better now. I have had so much going on with work and the kids I feel like I am drowning in everything! I am very thankful for the girlfriends I do have bc they have also been so helpful and helping with everything. My fiance sent me a simple email the other day at work, that said he was excited to be marrying me in a few months. He knows I have been under a lot of stress of budget and making the decisions on everything so he took the time to sit down and iron out some things. I feel so much better now!

AllieH, where are you at? Are you going to the bridal show this weekend?

I'm off of I-30 near 820 east - just the edge of FW and Arlington.

I kind of wanted to go to the bridal show, but then didn't want to go alone. Did you go today? Or tomorrow?

Lol, you are exactly right! My FI goes online for carf websites all the time and I give him a hard time for having his online buddies, so now he picks on me. I always come home with new info I have learned from here.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
