Does the vinegar work? I've heard it does and I've heard it doesn't. Is it safe?

It works by making me feel fuller and detoxed - I have successfully fought 2 colds and got better - something I never do with my asthma (and smoking problem - ha).

 

Losing weight? I don't know b/c I did it in conjunction w/ dieting.
