We've got our AHR this weekend I'm looking forward to it get to wear my dress again!! :D We are having it at Lords Golf & Country Club in Essex, we have 230 people coming so it should be a great night. I've brought fish bowls (from asda reduced to £3 bargain) for my centrepieces that I'm putiing pink waterbeads in then filling with water and putting a pink gerbera floating on top. I have pink and black scatter crystals for the tables. Post box all done, just need to get ribbon for my cake knife. Still trying to decide if should do a sweet stand or not, just all more money! So just got to pick my dress up from being mended and hope that our rings return in time. We had to send them back as after a week they were scratched really badly. Hope all you ladies are doing okay with your planning. God I miss that feel really lost since I've been back from Mexico.

Hi to all the newbies and welcome to BDW this site will be a god send to you believe me.

Kerry, it wasn't easy to get upgraded. Our room (family suite) was meant to have two proper beds put in it but instead it had a queen sized bed and a sofa bed, it took alot of moaning to the reps. Then the next day they came up to jay and said they would move us on  the 4th day to the honeymoon suite. It was well worth the moaning though as the view was amazing from the honeymoon suite.

Well ive been DIYing again, went out yesterday to get a guest book but couldn't find one i liked so i havce made one. what do you think?

Welcome to all the newbies. We are almost about to celebrate our first anniversary but before that we move tomorrow AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

I loved every moment of our planning i loved all the exras we bought and yes they did add to the weight in the luggage but i couldnt of not done everything.Has anyone ordered tears of joy from Chelymo they were one of my most used items along with the pashminas paper parasols jelly  bean cones t- shirts and props for photos.hehehe

I dont know what to get Paul for our first anniversary we are movng tomoz and the sale of ouR purchase has not gone through yet sooo we are moving into the INLAWS spare room with the boys spread around the county. We were very lucky to sell our home within the three weeks to a couple in rented so rather than risk loosing the sale were homeless as of tomoz.I cant wait no mortgage for a while.

Any ideas on an anniversary gift im working on our anniversary its the Faversham hop festival and ill be working 15 hrs that day.I would like to go away for the night but thats not going to happen.

Anyway its been a while since ive been on here i hope my weddi8ing piccies are an inspiration to some of you.

We all made the right decision to be married in a sunny relaxed climate xxx

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
