I had a lovely email yesterday from our WC in resort to say that it was a pleasure dealing with me & was lovely to meet all of our family.  She said she is coming over to London in September & wanted to know if me & Richard were available to meet up for a meal & drink....how lovely is that, I also met our travel agent for lunch at the weekend!! We became really friendly over numerous phone calls in the last year & got on like a house on fire. Its like I've now got a whole new wedding family....lol!! 

Yes it is very quiet, i pop on every night to see if and what is haapening but not much :-(

Hi Girlies

How is everyone, havent been on in a while been so busy!! Well ive got my 2nd Hen Night this friday, i have got 59 coming to the local Indain the disco/kareoke after and we're all dressing in 80's gear so should be a right giggle. I have been doing my planning thread nearly there so will let you know when all done. I am having a right nightmare, I went to pick up the mens/boys waistcoats from the tailors and they have messed them all up for the second time. So tomorrow i am telling him i want my money back and then am going to be heading Matalan I am rally not happy :-(

FI and I were sitting discussing songs the other day for ceremony and our dance and we have decided that we wanted to do something different so we are going to do one of these surpise Dance Revolutions, where you start with your slow song and then break out into dance routine, should be a giggle so we are busy parctising our routine.

 

One of you girls said that you got your mum a special book, can anyone remember who it was and where it was from, as i want to get my mum one?????

glad you like the lettering have so many ideas just need to put them into practice now :o)

 

Charmaine recommened the beautiful mum journal. It was a fab find, i got one for my mum and she cried her eyes out. She loved it and her words were 'i will read this over and over again until it falls apart' ha ha bless her. She put it in the box, took it out, wrapped it up put it back, took it out etc.. it was such a lovely present. Thanks Charmaine...

It has been quiet on here !!! lol x  We are at the moment still handing out our AHR invites have handed most out and RSVP are starting to come back, will take some pics of the invites and the rings (as we have now picked these up) for you all to see, I've picked the a la carte restaurant in Mexico and the wedding co-ordinator (a new one again) has just e-mailed me the rest of the choices, think I am going to pick cream roses for mine and Natasha's bouquet.... and the wedding cake in Mexico and here for our AHR have also been picked..... Will post pics soon....

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
