Congratulations on booking your AHR Nicy x

Regarding the bras i have the complete opposite problem...trying to find a strapless bra that will fit around my 34GG boobs that still looks nice and pretty and does not show when i have my dress on.  if any of you come along one please let me know.

Haven't been here for a little bit now, so busy...:/   haven't even done any planing at all :D

First of all welcome all new brides!!!! This place is probably the best thing that ever happen to me and girls in here are wonderful so hope you will enjoy it all as well :)) Please tell us know all about yourself and obviously your big day and don't leave out any details lol...we love all details here! :D

Nicy - I wish you very good luck tomorrow at your interview, try to relax and it will go just well, will keep my fingers crossed for you!!! :)) ...I have been stuck at the job that I hated once as well so i know how it feels :((( but thanks to my wonderful husband to be we decided to open our own business online, so I can do some work while studying at home (he is software developer and i am studying to be one lol, I know we are a bit geeky :D)... so if you have a chance to change your job do it, cos we all spend such a big chunk of our lives there - it doesn't worth being somewhere where you feel bad...

Michelle - glad you had a great time out with your mum and sis :)) Ouch about your tattoo, does it hurt loads when they remove it??!! And how big is yours if you don't mind me asking? :) My FI is thinking now to remove his tattoo on arm, so a bit curious about it :D

Charmaine - sounds like you had a great time with your friends lol :D My best friend lives north London and as she works some crazy hours since I moved we don't see each other as often, but always make sure we meet at least once a month lol :D and when we do I say exactly the same thing to my FI, "i wont be long, will just grab some lunch and a glass of wine lol"...and it never a glass of wine more like 2 bottles and some cocktails LOL :D ...and yes every time next day I say "never again! " lol :D

Oh ladies, just came cross something, you might know about this website...but i thought I will still post it here just in case :) http://www.misi.co.uk/index.php

They are very similar to Etsy (I love Etsy lol :D), but all sellers are based in the UK and they do some very nice things for weddings :)) I have found few gifts I might get for my wedding party already (loved personalised candles which are great for thank you gift) :))

About AHR, me and my FI at first didn't want to have anything done in the UK after we come back from DR!...but as you all might know, family insisted for us to have AHR cos many of them can't make it and also we decided to do church blessing the same day...we didn't plan anything for sure just yet, but thinking as we have a relatively big garden we would rent a marquee and order some food, hoping maybe this will bring the cost down a little bit cos we won't be renting anything... and as always i think if you have loads of booz and music everyone will have a great time!!! :D

xoxo

My tattoo is about 2" long. It absolutely kills having them removed. Very painful. And very expensive. Mine is just a name and they turn the Lazor up every time you go. I had tears last time i went but they have a new machine now which is quicker and as they froze it first it didnt seem so bad this time. Either that or i'm just used to it now. I have a really high pain threshold. (gave birth twice with NO pain relief so can cope with this ha ha).. it takes about 1min to go over mine and its £80 a time. It would be very dear if it's a big tattoo but if it makes him happy then worth looking into it.

OMG girls as you know i go on the Flabulos machine at our local beauty bar.........well i went in this morning and MIL from hell was in there. ON THE MACHINE. so i had to spend 10mins in there with the woman.... god i cant stand her!! Just passed the time but it was awkward (we haven't really spoke in over a yr now).. Makes me sick she trys to act like normal. BIT**!!!

OOooooo monday rant over lol...

Happy Valentines girls 99 sleeps for us now :o) x

Thanks Michelle for the info....it sounds horrible to have tattoo removed and I am sorry that you have to go thought it too...x I will let my FI know, so he will decide what he thinks is best to do :)

OMG, you had two of your babies without pain relief?! You are super woman I tell you, your kids and your husband to be should be proud of you!!! :))) ....this is the most terrifying bit for me to be honest..labor!!! We don't have kids together just yet, but my FI has daughter from previous relationship, she is 5 and she is the sweetest girl ever!!! :D  So obviously my FI cant wait when we can give her a little brother or sister lol I cant wait as well...but at the same time terrified about the pain (just keep telling myself that women were doing it since beginning of time and they were just fine ;D)

Michelle sorry that you had to see your MIL...and its Valentines day too... hopefully she didn't spoil it for you!:(((

As you know I can relate to problems with MIL, my FI wasn't talking to her for almost 3 months because of something she told him (basically she is constantly trying to nag and pressure him to do things in our live the way she want them to be...and when we say no, she is using every method in the book to make us feel bad...), she wouldn't apologias for anything either, word "sorry" just simply does not exist for her...and my fiance had to kind of make up with her couple of weeks ago himself, for the sake of our wedding...cos we didn't want for all of these arguing and negativity to be associated with our big day...:/

I am just happy that my MIL doesn't drive and she lives about 30min away, and you cant get where we live easily by public transport so we luckily we don't get unexpected visits from her LOL :D

LOL .....and my Monday rant is over too :D....

Have fun all of you tonight with your husbands to be!!! (My Oliver decided to cook something for me, so really cant wait!!! :))

xoxo

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
