Congrats and welcome to the forum! As for taking your dress on the plane take it as a carry-on and usually they will hang your dress up for you on the plane, just ask nicely. There have been a few times when they wouldn't do this for brides and I think they had to fold the dress in half and put it in the overhead compartment.

Welcome to the forum! You're wedding is so close, you must be beaming!
Most brides take it as a carry-on on the plane and they hang it for you if they have space. The compartment isn't super high so sometimes the bottom of the dress gets wrinkly anyways.

Does anyone know if it counts as an actual carry-on, or is it EXTRA? I'm sure we all have TONS of stuff to lug down to our weddings and can use all the space they let us!

Congrats and welcome. As far as taking your dress on the plane, it also might not hurt to wear something that calls attention to the fact that you are a bride-to-be.
