I ended up wearing a yummy tummy that my MOH gave me for the next day pics. It smoothed me out and felt soooo good against my skil. For the wedding, I wore the Victoria secret thong shaper. THose things will smooth out whatever you want them to! Belly button, curves, lungs! Surprisingly, they were not uncomfortable at all. I am usually a 6-8 in most things and I purchased the small and it did the trick! Highly recommended

LOL that is so funny..that is one of the ones my MOH gave me! I LOVE it it is super cute on and it holds you great. It doesn't hold half as well as the VS thong shaper though, but it feels great on!

I can't find the thong shaper, but do you recommend the shapewear by VS? I tried the spanx and they did nothing for me. Have you compared the shapewear to spanx? I am wanting to wear the high waist thigh slimmer under my dress. I will change into something more sexy by the end of the night.

I too will try th VS thong shaper! I am a 6/8 but my dress is chiffon and clingy so will show any "imperfections" that I may have. I would much rather be smooth underneath.

Vday: did you have any issues with the thong shaper rolling down at the top? I tried the Spanx Higher Power one time and it kept rolling down! It was soo annoying! Since there is nothing to hook the VS one to at the top, I wanted to know if you had this issue.

as far as corsets I was thinking of getting something from Fredericks of Hollywood...they have extremely sexy undergarments. lol

No bra, it's built in (double cups ) lol

 

But my mom just got me a lacey white thong from GAP Body and it is Soooooo comfortable.

 

My FMIL bought me lace boy shorts that say "I DO", but my SIL said (on here day back in October) she took them off at the reception because they kept riding up and she couldn't pick her wedge with all that dress lol

 

Therefore, I am opting for the thongs.

I am too in the market for something in my area. I went to a very well known store in the Northern VA area. I did not like it because the customer service

SUCKED!

 

I would like to wear there navy blue Hanky Panky's that I have seen. I still have some time to look for the bra or corset. That night I would like a very nice garter with stockings.

My only consern with it is it looks like it is a one piece. Going to the restroom would be a real pain with that and the wedding dress.

i had purchased a push-up corset bra back in december but it absolutely vanished and has not resurfaced! i leave in 3 weeks, so it's time to re-purchase. i'm looking for something that will hold up the girls (c-d). the corset bra definitely did this, but it didn't flatten in the belly area at all. i'm a size 2, so i don't need much, but just want a little bit of help. any suggestions, ladies? can i find this in one piece, or do i need two separate pieces?
