I am so excited!! we leave on Saturday!! What date do you arrive? congrats on the new baby!! I too had some people back out last minute.......annoying!!!! Well good luck in the home streach!!!

OMG!! I leave for my wedding in 2 days. The time has gone by so fast. In the beginning I had so many ideas for decorations, gifts, etc... but because people and other things have been stressing me out

I know they have other menu options, even for a plated meal. Because you can vegetarion options and stuff.  So that might be something to check into?

I am getting married two days after you so we will see each other there!  I hear you about being stressed..I just started working on my personalized stuff and it is tiring!

Do you girls know if the wedding coordinators are there on weekends? I was told we need to arrive 2 business days before the wedding but does that include weekends? If we were to arrive on a Friday & get married Tuesday do you think that is ok?  I'm not getting very quick responses by emailing them :/

They could probably swing that. Technically it is supposed to be 4 bus days before but they manage to get everything worked out in time to do it earlier most times. If you are landing early enough on Friday during bus hours then I think they will be able to make it happen, but I wouldn't plan anything until you get written confirmation from them.

I am going to be there from Feb 15-25. You'll probably be gone by the time I get there. Good luck and i'm sure your wedding will be amazing!!!

Welcome Mia2011!

 

So we are trying to see if we can change our date. Suddenly many of our US guests are saying they might not make it since our wedding is on a weekday. I wanted a Sunday originally but they told me they didn't do Sunday weddings, though after that other brides have been able to book Sundays.

We did ask around about this before we booked, and back then it wasn't a problem but now it is...*big sigh* I have emailed Ana to see what is available (if anything) and asked my travel agent to try to contact Ana as well to find out. I'm guessing I will have to call her on Monday since I kind of need to know.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
