Does any past or soon to be bride know if margarita salt favors are allowed through customs? Also, does  any past bride (or currently obsessed bride lol)  have any suggestions on setting up the reception on the carnival terrace. I don't know if I want to do a long table, as I think that mingling and fun will be more conducive to a break in tables. I'm also curious as to where the dance floor is and cake table ect. Thanks for your help!!

Expensive! LOL! Everything adds up so quickly!

Eternity Dinner Extra per person is $48

Divine Dinner Extra per person is $53

Champagne toast $4

Wedding Cake $5-$8

Hors d'oureves per person $15

Cocktails per person $15

I have decided to only add the extra dinner of course and possibly the champagne toast. I've heard from past brides that there is plenty of cake. I'm hoping debating on whether to add the extras for the cocktail hour. I'll have to see how many guest we end up having.

How's the Beach at The Now Jade???? Iam a big beach lover and not sure about it? Trying to finally pick a location for 2013 wedding?
I have heard a lot of visitors review the beach and they loved it! The non preferred side has been described as better. There are some rocky areas, as there is a coral reef nearby, but it's not bad. I also heard that now Jade takes good care of the conditions of the beach.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
