I have a destination wedding travel agent and it takes her longer to get responses from the WC on site than it does for me to just email them. It might depend on your travel agent too, I don't know.

If you are bringing your own flowers you should get something in return for that. Sandra told me two but now I am back to Pillar and i just sent her an email last night showing her that she said two so hopefully she doesn't try and take that away cause then i will have to go all bridezilla on her lol

i am bringing my own sashes too, some of the flowers that are not included and my own centerpieces.

Hopefully Primavera sent the book to you. I don't have a wedding travel agent just a regular one. I think i prefer it that way then I can deal directly with the coordinator and there will be no miscommunications. But some girls have said they have gotten some extra perks that way so who knows.

Ladies from the States! I need some help. I am trying to find a cheap price for a flight and hotel stay at the Now Jade from April 23rd-April 27th or April 24th to April 28th for my 80year old grandmother and my girlfriend who will be accompanying her from Tampa Florida. Could anyone provide me with any TA names or suggested sites were you are getting great land only rates or flight rates. Also does anyone know if there is a direct flight from Tampa to Cancun? All I am finding is flights with 1 connection but I would much rather not have to make my grandmother change plains. Any advice or assistance would be much appreciated!

All the flights I can find have 1 stop (most of them in Miami). Someone on here recommended applevacations and I found flight+Now Jade April 23-27 for $956 on there. I normally use kayak.com to search for flights only, but I think you can search packages with them as well.

What? Ada is the new coordinator for Now Jade. She was the coordinator for Dream Riviera Cancan resort. I orginally contacted Ada to book my wedding at Dream. She didn't response to me to comfirm my dates until 2 months later. That's why I decided to go with Now Jade.

 

Primavera, When I orginally booked at Now Jade she was able to confirm with me  April 29, April 30, May 1 are taken for weddings. Which is why I had to choose May 3, for my wedding date. My TA comfirm that is cheaper in April than in May. Not sure if it is true in your case.

My WC at Now Jade is Ana Maria Cruz. I don't know if she was at Dreams before, she normally replies to me in a couple of days. I tried to call today but no one answered, I will try again later.

 

My TA told me the opposite, that May is cheaper than April (for rooms only). The quotes I have gotten from her confirms this as well. But then again, I only got quotes for the Easter week, other weeks in April might be cheaper. Almost all of May is already booked, no weekends left.

 

We're considering an earlier April date or even March now, but I want to call to find out what is available right away. I can't wait until I have a date!!!

When I was looking the rates in april were much cheaper than feb and march. I have several teacher friends who aren't able to attend because I couldn't book during any school break as i wouldn't be fair to the other guests to pay more during that time. It sucks but I like my April 26th date and I hope you ladies are able to get what you want for the price you want!

That is the route I have decided to take as well, you can't please everybody unfortunately. I was trying to get good room prices and good flight prices from Europe at the same date and it is really hard, so I have decided to go with the good room prices and if I can't fit it in with the flights then so be it. Of course I am trying to do my best so it will be affordable for all, I wish I would have started planning much earlier :S

Hi ladies!  I am trying to book NOW Jade for my wedding next June.  I love the resort!  Ana told me that I MUST book through a travel agent in order to book a wedding package.   Every travel agent I've talked to is quoting me almost twice the price on orbitz!  Has any one else come across this?
