hmmm. That's weird my email address is kara.heberlie@yahoo.com . I ended up getting the wedding booklet from my TA yesterday. Is your TA using applevacations to book your stay too? I'm wondering if we can use the free room promotion from NOW Jade along with the group promotion from applevacations? She is checking into it for me, but thought I'd ask around.

 

Another question I have for you is are you bringing down your own chair ties, center pieces and flowers? I'm not sure if the chair ties are worth bringing down.

It took over a week to get a response from anyone. I had sent Pilar an email last week monday and then resent it this monday and Ana responded and said that she will be the one to contact. I was almost starting to get frustrated.

 

I'm just happy that I don't have to pay extra for having my reception at Pure. I guess trying to book at the last minute worked in my favor. I'm a little worried how my blue and yellow theme will look in that purple room.

I feel ya Mischaka. It has been about a month and no call as promised or response to emails from Sandra. As some of you know there was an accident at another resort and Sandra has been sent there i believe permanently. I am now back to Pilar. I have sent an email and post via facebook to Diana and she of course as always responded very quickly and then I received an email from Pilar tonight with an apology and explanation. I have sent a very detailed email to her with some questions so let's pray I receive an answer shortly! I guess there are alot of us brides and one person just isn't enough to handle all our questions lol I do feel for her a bit though but let me tell you if my wedding wasn't eight months away I would probably be panicking right now!

I have just started my communication with the WC at Now Jade and got a reply after a couple of days from Ana. I replied and am still waiting to hear from her (2 days now I think). I know they have brides at the resort that they need to take care of and I'm not getting too impatient yet, but I wanted to set my date. Starting to stress about this....
