Oh this is tuff, I love Nicole Miller's dresses. I think I like #2, it's so romantic, with a funky feel to it. I think it will be lighter and more comfy in the heat. I think both will look beautiful with a tux. What colour tux is he wearing? I see #2 better with a dark tux because of the metallic look, #1 I think would look great with a light suit,or a dark one, so you have more options with #1. Having said all of that I love #2 though!

Good Luck, Kelly~

I think I'm going to go back again and check my coloring in #2. The salesgirl will probably kill me if I don't purchase on this trip, since the last time I was there, I put each on about 5 times (and it was my 2nd trip). My mom was with me this past trip and was leaning towards #2 for practicality on the beach b/c the fabric is so light. That being said, she's now back to #1.

Right now, I think I'm going to get #1. I love #2, but while it'll look great on the beach, it doesn't feel quite as "I'm getting married!" to me. Does that make sensehuh.gif

It makes sense. I still love #2...hehehe....but it has to feel right to you. The dress I ended up with had a corset back which was my feeling of "I'm getting married". The other few I tried on didn't have the corset and I felt I could have just worn them to a fancy party, not necessarily my wedding. You'll make the right choice :o)

Hi !

I vote for the 1st one because it have more of a classic look. But it all depends on you body. By this I mean the top part !!! If you a big breasted, the second one can make them look even more big, no ?

How did you feel when you tried them on? Which one did you feel more comfortable in ? Does question might help you decide...

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
