I used to buy this from street vendors in LA. I miss it!!

I am a huge fan of frozen grapes. Not creative but yummie!

thin rice crackers with low fat cream cheese topped with smoked salmon...so delicious! And great for entertaining too

Tuna and salsa mixed together is fantastic, either on its own, or on crackers.

Here are some of the healthier things I enjoy!

 

1. I like eating a cup of fresh bluberries with vanila or a flavored yogurt

2. a whole wheat wrap with peanut butter and a whole banana rolled up in it ( I call it a peanut butter torpedo!! lol)

3. fresh spinach with a balsamic vinegrate, grilled chicken breast, cherry flavored ocean spray cranraisens and sliced almonds

4. celery with peanut butter or cheese whiz spread on it.
