So does anyone ever come home from work and is just SO tired that you go straight to nap? I did that last night, napped from about 530-800 and when I woke up had NO energy to workout or even really eat... I feel great today, so I know I'm not getting sick... this seems to happen once a month or so. Sleep habits are consistent- no extra stress at work. IDK!

I sure do!!! I take a nap almost everyday. I get home about 4 and nap from then til about 6:15 then go to my class at 7:15 or 7:30. It's like a charging a battery. But i've always been a napper. lol

So, with tomorrow starting week 2, how about a challenge?

I was thinking that everyone could pick their biggest "guilty pleasure" food and see if they can go the whole week without it. Anyone want to try it with me?

I'm going to go without Mexican food, either at a restaurant or at home. No yummy tortilla chips for me!

My guilty pleasure food is chocolate....I don't think I've ever gone a day without some kind of chocolate, let alone a whole week. I even eat it for breakfast. I think I will say I won't eat a chocolate bar or a piece of chocolate for the week, but I will allow myself to eat it in a breakfast bar or a Vitatop. I won't torture myself lol!

I made an agreement with FI.. If I can get down to a certain weight by May 8th (its 4-5 lbs down), then he will buy me a super cute new summer dress for "Polynesian night" (theme dinner and dance that were going to) hehehe

FI and I started a challenge for ourselves this week that will last through next week. No alcohol whatsoever. We’re going to meet the FIL’s in Palm Springs in two weeks, and I need my swimsuit to look better!! It is easy during the week, but when the weekend comes, it will be harder……..

Hmmm... Maybe mine should be sticking to my diet. I've been allowing myself little cheats by having a bite of whatever FI is having, which isn't completely derailing me, but I'm sure it's not good! We've also been going out to eat once or twice on the weekend, and even though I've been trying to make healthier choices there, I'm sure it's not as good for me as staying in.

The only other thing I can think of that I've been guilty of doing lately is having a drink on occasion, but my friend is having a wine and board game party tomorrow night, and I don't know if I want to abstain completely from the wine.

    • These bags are amazing!! You are so organized and detailed, I am so impressed! I LOVE the Vistaprint stuff you ordered, the logo is so cute, I love your personalization!
    • I love etsy!! It's a great place to find personalized gifts without such a hefty price tag. I was thinking of getting my bridesmaids personalized necklaces with their names on them. I found these ones that are affordable and you can pick the chain length and different fonts, so you can really make them your own and pick what you know each bridesmaid will want. https://www.etsy.com/listing/595334072/personalized-name-necklace-stainless?ga_order=most_relevant&ga_search_type=all&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_search_query=personalized necklace&ref=sc_gallery-3-9&plkey=a8662525c53ec285c1b46b0f308162d0591edff8:595334072
    • Hi everyone, I am so happy that I am getting married to the love of my life. He proposed me and we are getting married within in a couple of months. And I have started preparations for my big day. I am super excited about a lot of things and also worried about many things.I have some inhibitions about my face and skin. Since I am a working woman, I have never got much time for personal care. This is the right time for it now. I need  proper medical grade skin care. Want to improve my skin tone and texture  I read some details about it here, https://www.mcleanclinic.com/nonsurgical-procedures/non-surgical/skin-care/, and found it really helpful. Can anyone of you suggest me some more tips? Like what I can do at home to have a glow on my face?  Thanks in advance.
