I hope next week is better, I need to get my butt in gear! I hope that I can stay on the wagon given what is going on, fast food is my comfort food when things go wrong in life! I am going to do my very best, I can't afford to NOT keep moving!

Wow, congrats to those who had a great week! Eliana and mnh1983, 3 lbs is awesome!! And sunstarsmoon, 5.5 lbs is just amazing!! I had a pretty good week too -- I lost 2.5 lbs, but I also finally broke a barrier for me (you know, one of those "10" barriers). And Natasha, 1 lb is still great -- better not to gain. Congrats to you too, Cindy!

And to those who didn't have such a great week -- no worries, this is only week 1! There is lots of time to catch up.

Looking forward to receiving all of your e-mails. If anyone would still like to join in the non-competitive group, it's still not too late. :)

Happy Friday!

Everyone is losing weight! Congrats to everyone! Even though I am down 1.5 lbs from last week, I have been fluctuating between about 2.5 lbs for several weeks now. I know it's normal to fluctuate, but I want to do it at a lower number! wink.gif So next week I'm hoping to break that barrier....

Hey CONGRATS to everyone!! This is such a great support system!

Like everyone, I've been working really hard during my work-outs so that I can get out of this plateau...

The scale shows a 5.6 lbs loss for me this week.... but I feel that I have to explain... realistically I think its about 3 lbs so I don't mind if you record me for that Renee!

I think last week my scale number was higher b/c of water retention (that time of the month)...

I've also rev'd up my workouts...but Im constantly eating (just the right types of food for once)...

I hope no one thinks I am cheating or doing some dangerous starvation diet...I would never do that- You ladies are the best support system ever!!!

Keep up the great work everyone smile123.gif

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
