And a day of beauty of course. getting my eye lashes done at Nancy's Lashes off of Fondren & Richmond. She charges $30 and they stay on for up to 2wks! And you can wear them in the water ladies!!!
Then I am getting waxed over at Cleopatra's secret off Kirkwood and Memorial.
Then the Gel OPI Axxium at Q Designer Nails off Westheimer and Fountain View...
I am gonna be all over the place!
Ohh yay!! Sounds like an amazing day! If you go to RA and it isn't super busy - request to be seated in Van's section - he's the best waiter on the planet. I take clients there a lot and I always request him :)

I haven't heard of Cleopatra's secret either...BUT...I used to hate waxing and then I found European Wax Center which uses the purple wax which is a lot less painful (still painful...but less painful) AND I go every four weeks on the dot so it seriously gets easier every time I go.

 

 

My bachelorette party is this weekend!! I'm going to Boston though because that's where all my closest friends are...I moved to Houston from Boston about 3 years ago.

 

Chong - I live in the Heights too - actually a little further up, right around the corner from Cedar Creek. :) I heard there's a new place on 11th - Bistro something - that's supposed to be good. I spend most of my time in the Heights and Washington.

Have fun! That sounds awesome. I've only been to Boston couple times but it's one of my friends fav places to visit. Can't wait till hear some stories and pictures!!!

I need to be more consistent with waxing. maybe that's why it's so painful every time I go back... too much time in between.

Hmm... Bistro on 11th. I might have to check it out. I've been eating around Washington area - too many places and not enough time and money :)

Side note- I went to a Sandals presentation today in the Galleria area (even though I've already booked my wedding), and I won a free bottle of wine and a $250 spa gift certificate.

 

I am learning to take advantage of every opportunity.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
