Has anyone else used this app? I downloaded it several months ago but was never really consistent with it. Seems pretty easy to keep up with foods and exercise. Does anyone else have any other apps that they prefer for keeping up with weight loss?

I have been using the Lose it app for awhile now and I love it! Granted, I don't use it as much as I should- probalby only about 85% of the time- but it has given me a huge insight to what I'm consuming and what it takes to burn those cals off. I knew it before, but it is so crazy how much 2 glasses of wine add onto your daily cals!!
This is the only one I've used though- it was so user friendly, I never looked to try anything else!

I LOVE this app! I like keeping track of cals in and cals out. I had great success with it.

I used to use it until I downloaded myfitnesspal. I like this better b/c SO many foods are pre-existing in the database and it's an internet AND app and they sync. You can also track your weight/measurments, etc. I'd recommend using this instead only b/c I find that I am much more consistent with it then any others I've tried b/c I love that exercises and foods almost always exist already and if they don't, you can enter new data and make it available to other users as well.
