I only wear their powder and I recently tried their lipstick (it's free if you return 6 powder containers for them to recycle). I like it...

I am too cheap to convert everything else...although my cheap mascara is really starting to annoy me because it's clumping...so I might try mascara too??

I don't use MAC often since I break out, but its great coverage and lasts quite a while (since its stage make-up). I love their eye shadows and brushes the best, but you can't go wrong with any of their products.

Yeah I got an email from a friend that said friends don't let friends wear MAC. I am not sure about the eyeshadows but I have been told that the foundation is not good for your skin. I recently started using Bare Escentuals for my face and I love it. MAC does have great shadows still.

spice is always a good neutral liner (most people can wear it)

and if you are going soon, and fall in love with some colors, check out the palettes too, a single eyeshados sells for $14, and you get a palette with 5 e/s for $36..

depending where you are going you can also check out the pigments... if you founf one in a nice neutral or pink, they are great, you can use them for eyeshadow, wet as a lipliner or eyeliner, or mix them with clear gloss for a lipgloss....

I haven't had any problem with my skin since I started wearing MAC (I love Bare Escentals too). I use the Studo Fix, and the Primer underneath ... and I love the Paints as a base color for your eyes (then your eyeshadow doesn't come off all day long). I basically use the whole gamut ... minus mascara and eye liner ... I use less expensive versions of those because they work just as well for me. Oh, and blush ... Peaches matches every skin tone!!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
