I have searched this website for the last hour trying to look for a spreadsheet that I found like a year ago. That had the info of guests arrival dates and times and departure days and times, also flight numbers too. I really want to find it because I suck on Microsoft Excel and it was a perfect spreadsheet to get organized for peoples arrivals and departures. If anyone knows what I am talking about, could you send it to me or tell me what thread it is under. THANKS!!!!

I don't know what you are referring to, unfortunately, so i can't help out too much! But, if you can't find it can you just make a table in a Word document? I set one up for myself, with RSVP, arrival/departure dates. It would be just the same as a spreadsheet, basically...

I forgot to mention...I did this on the Mac using excel so if you can't open it or the formatting looks weird I can always PM you.

here's mine...i put it on a word doc and used different colors for each guest to make it easy to see when each person arrived. I also included activities that were scheduled on certain days so I could get an idea of how many people to expect at each event (welcome dinner, snorkel cruise, etc)
