I had my wedding on January 25, 2012 and used Octavio Montes. He was amazing!! We are soooo happy with him. If you haven't booked a photographer yet, I would definitely consider him. His pictures are so good! He was so pleasant to work with and his price was so reasonable! The cheapest price that I have seen AND he gives you every picture! You won't be sorry if you book him! Our photographer, Octavio Montes, also webcasted our wedding ceremony so that all our friends and relativeds could watch the whole thing from their homes. Amazing!! Everybody loved it and said the video and the audio was perfect - like they were right there in Mexico! You won't be disappointed if you hire Octavio as your photographer, I promise!

Octavio is FANTASTIC!! We were married January 28, 2012 (Almost a year ago, I can't believe it!) and he was our photographer. Octavio was on time, coming with two assistants. They took phenomenal getting ready pics, and then set up a GREAT first look scene. He was really able to capture the scenery/ocean in the background of our pictures. He broadcasted our wedding on a live stream so that friends and family back at home could watch. What a wonderful service!! Octavio also helped to move things along at a good pace as we didn't have a lot of time for pictures. I had a list of the pictures I wanted and he was very attentive. Photos turned out phenomoneal, with great colors! He printed 50 of my choice and sent them to me, along with all pictures on a CD and a DVD of our weddign ceremony that he had added music to. The videography was even better than I expected it would be, the sound was great. We were very, very pleased with his service!

After searching and researching many websites and reviews from different site, we finally chose Octavio Montes!  And I'm very excited to have him shoot our wedding this coming Nov.  One of the main reasons we chose him was because I kept reading nothing but positive and amazing reviews, his portfolio is great, and his prices are extremely reasonable and affordable.  We are getting married in Cancun at the Gran Caribe Real Resort.  They provide their own photographer but they didn't have great reviews and were pricey.  GCR does charge $350 outside vendor fee, which sucks.  But even after booking our package with Octavio and adding the resort's extra fee, it still came out cheaper.  So that was a plus.  I also like that he provides all his package with or without prints....if you get the "w/o prints" package, it's cheaper.  Not many photographers offer that option.

 

I'll definitely provide more info as it comes and provide a review after our wedding!

Hey Vannessa!!  I can say nothing but great things about Octavio!!  He was an absolutely pleasure to work with and he gave us amazing pictures!!!

 

Can you view these albums below??  They are of our wedding and TTD session!  For our wedding shots he rolled up his pants and climbed in the water, he climbed ladders and rocks...and he drove us to and from the beach on our TTD session.  He went above and beyond, and he always gets your prints to you SUPER fast!!!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
