Brandy....Tenny, Tiera and Lisa are all right. Muscle does weigh more than fat (unfair right??), but the idea is to get your metabolism running at high velocity....lol, this is the 'trick' to weight loss. The more you work out and strength train, you will build and 'train' your muscles, but at the same time the more your muscles are being used the more harder and longer they work which in turn is increasing your metablosm and this is why you are probably finiding you have much more energy even wvwn when you arent working out. The first few weeks of a new program will always be 'training' your body to peak it's metabolism and after that you will definately noticce a difference. And again it's not always the weight that is important but rather inches and quite frankly, how you feel in general. Trust me it's not an easy road but it's worth the hard work. You sound like your doing a great job, Keep me updated on your progress and maybe I could make some other suggestions as far as routine goes. BTW Love the long sleeve linen, I think that's the ones I'm going to get. Kustom Koozies.... lol
