Where did you order your koozies from?
I actually have a question for you (on weight loss) I started training last week so this is my second week with the trainer and ever since I started I havent lost a pound! I actually gained about a pound!! I work out every day during the week, strength training 3 times a week and cardio 5 times a week, any tips or suggestions, or any idea when I will actually see the scale moving?! Thanks so much!
