Well the bags I ordered from the knot over a week ago have a delivery date of Monday!!! so we ordered more off of ebay over the weekend and she told us she would ship them first thing monday so we would have them today, well she didnt ship them until yesterday so they wont be here probably until tomorrow!!!! I dont know what to do at this point hubby is on a mad hunt today to find us some bags!!!  We have all the chocolate shells to put in the bags and the stickers to put on the bags but no bags!!!

Okay so the trip was great....wedding day........oy vay!!!!!  I was sick in the morning but I wasn't too bad for the ceremony and pics....then it hit!!!  I was in the bathroom in our room for most of the evening..I missed dinner, I tried to go but ended up leaving and going back to the room until 8:30 (reception started at 7:30), I managed to stay untl 10:30 and I did get a few dances in.

Overall it was an amazing day but kinda sucked that I felt so crappy.......funny thing...I was prepared for EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING....what I didn't plan for was heat stroke on my actual wedding day.  Oh well we are still recovering from the wonderful trip and I wouldn't change a thing about it.....ok not true I wish I didn't miss out on alot of my special day!!

It was so great, I was sitting here at my desk at work and my MOH called and was like, things are coming together (because I've had a BM who has decided to stress me out a little bit today), and she's like, are you good??  If not, tell me and I'll take care of whatever I need to take care of!  She's wonderful!  I am so thankful for her!!

 

I'm a little less stressed about it.  But another thing that has helped is...lists, I'm out of control with lists right now.  It probably doesn't help that my orignal book of lists feel behind the couch the other night and instead of getting it, I just started a new set of lists!!  Haha!

 

Mocha, you need to tell work to back off!!! Haha, don't I wish that was what I could do?!  Hopefully you don't have too much to do!  Small things are okay...for the most part!

 

Brandy, where did you get the chocolate shells??  Did you contact TK about the bags that you don't have, but were "delivered"?

HI LADIES!!!! i'm HOME!!!! ...it's definitely bittersweet. we SO did NOT want to leave Jamaica!

 

i'm going to make this short and sweet (still need to eat supper but wanted to come say hi!)

 

we had an absolutely INCREDIBLE, MAGICAL time!! .. and we're already planning on going back to the Riu Negril for our 1 year anniversary. it was amazing!!!!!

 

here's a teaser pic!!! ;)  (it's the only good one taken on my camera ... going to have to wait for the rest from everyone else!)

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
