Yes, the dresses are that color, tangerine.

Thanks for all the input, I figured it would look all right. I also told FI that he would probably end up taking off his jacket through the pictures too.  I'll probably try to find a different tie for FI as well.

Erin, thanks. I'm a big fan of orange too. I figured it was one of the few colors that looked good on different skin tones. I was pretty happy that the tangerine actually matched perfectly with the chair sashes that I had already purchased. My only concern is trying to stay away from the Halloween look with the orange and black.

Wow, I know I say this often, but I just can't keep up. It always takes me a 1/2 hour to read everything before I repost.

I love the orange and I don't think it will look halloweenish at all.

I wanted to share with you that I finally bought a TTD today from Macy's. Free shipping. I really hope it works. Let me know what you think.http://www1.macys.com/catalog/product/index.ognc?ID=528415&CategoryID=18109#fn=sp%3D1%26spc%3D387

I'm not sure if I included the link right. If not, let me know.

Starting to work with Rebecca on my OOT bag tops. I know I am behind but I needed a better idea of final headcount before paying for things. It's GO time now!!

**I need advice***

So I have been engaged for 2 years...because when I first got engaged my mom was ill and passed away 6 months later. I have been mourning but my family has been helping me get through and when I say family I am including FI.  So now I'm working on this wedding and as you all know from prior post my MOH is not having a great pregnancy and she won't be able to attend the wedding. So I asked another friend to stand in....but she sent me a lovely letter (sarcasm) stating that our friendship is not the same because I have been mourning and didn't go to her BDAY party and she doubts that she will be able to come to the wedding, because she is trying to plan other vacations this year....WOW OK..... So I thought OK fine...we aren't friends anymore..I can deal.  So on Friday now she send me an email that she will be in Jamaica for someone elses birthday right at the time of my wedding and asks if its OK for her to bring 3 guest.  And she want in on the excursions and anything else that I'm planning for the wedding.....

What should I do?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
