Happy April Ladies!!!!!!!

 

What is with all of us feeling crappy?! I have felt under the weather the past couple weeks, not miserable but not great. Im assuming the stress is causing it ?! Heres to hoping we all feel better ASAP!

 

My official Vacation started yesterday!!! And i was so busy running around like crazy trying to get all my last minute stuff (aka shopping :)) done! Finally found a cute dress for my Bachelorette party which is tomorrow! Today is going to be spent doing laundry, packing & getting the house cleaned, tomorrow is manis & bachelorette party, and sunday is hangover & pedis day and monday we LEAVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cannot even believe its almost here already!

Wow, so many ladies leaving so soon!!! Sending my love to all of you for a beautiful, blissful wedding day/week!!! I have some good news! My step dad will be able to make the wedding after all!!! He's been cleared to travel and will go for surgery when he gets back!! Now the bad news.... Add me to the list of sick April brides. Laura I think I have the same bug as you had, I spent the entire night last night on my bathroom floor. This is what I get for joking with Laura to send me her germs!!! I feel like death, although I did lose 4 pounds in 12 hours so I guess though not at all worth it it's a silver lining. I got my bd book from blurb yesterday and I love it!

Wow, so many people are leaving...  I'm slightly jealous, I must say...but I know my time is coming!!  I'm so excited...this is OUR month ladies!!!!  I never thought it'd come!!

 

For all the sick brides, I'm so sorry.  I thought I was going to end up being one as well, but I think I've gotten past it, for now anyway!

 

Mocha, I'm sure he won't be offended!  It's been SO long for you, I know that!  It'd be cute if he re-proposed!

 

Laura, that is so excited about your surprise "shower" at work!!!!  That is awesome that they came together for you, and extra awesome about the $$$!!!!!  Yay!!! 

 

I'm not sure what my work will do for sure.  We've had so many people get married in the last year, and usually everyone gets a "cube shower" since we work in a cube farm!  I was helping a girl on Wednesday and when I was there helping her on her computer she received an email that was titled "Erin's Cube Shower" so it looks like that is what it will be to some point!  I hate being the center of attention (hence the small, DW!) so...it should be interesting!

 

Meggers, I'm so glad to hear the good news about your stepfather!  That is awesome that he'll be able to make the trip!  I hope all goes well with his surgery when he returns.  I'm sorry to hear that you are sick though, I hope you can kick it soon!

 

lesee, I have heard the same thing, but I plan on bringing mine, and never taking it off!!

To all the lovely ladies leaving soon. I wish you all the best. I know everyones wedding will be the wedding of their dreams and i am so excited for you guys and can't wait to hear all about it when you return. You all have kept me sane through this whole process. Thanks!

 

Laura that's awesome. Extra money is great! The morale at my company is so low that no one will do anything like that for me here.

 

Meggers I am sooooo happy to hear that your step dad will be ok and wish him the best of luck with his surgery when he returns.

Gotta love loosing 4pounds but suck that you are sick and so many ladies are getting sick. I am not feeling 100% either and pray to god I do not catch what is going around. Maybe FI is having sympathy pains cause he threw up last night. Poor thing!

 

I can't believe we are all getting married this month. Time has flown by so fast!

 

Oh and on the E-ring thing. I am totally wearing mine the whole time. I think I am even going to wear it on my right hand until the ceremony is over!

I have more good news!! My jewelry package FINALLY came in today!!!!!! YAY!!! Such a stress reliever! Still waiting for two more packages but this was the one I was most worried about. Thanks so much for all of the well wishes for my step dad. We're certainly not in the clear but we're grateful he'll be well enough to travel! Ugh... Going on hour 28 with no food!

Victoria, you should be at the airport right now, so I hope you have safe travels!  I see you for breakfast next week Saturday!!! 

 

All April brides, drink more OJ!  You need your vitamin C!  The good news is that heat and humidity should help those with stuffy noses and sore throats :)

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.       Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
