We're April 7th and Victoria (kiwibride) is the 11th ( hoping we'll be able to meet up at the resort for a drink )

Meggers-Really? Cancun? bahahahahah You are supposed to love em and leave em lol Who knew you could find a MANICORN in Cancun!!!

Kitty-so sorry to hear about all your stresses with bookings. I would not even worry about it. It will be their loss if they are either too cheap to book and it sells out!

On another note, I was soooo excited today because I got a flight from Mykonos, greece to Athens, greece for 38euros!!!! That 35minute flights beats a 5hour ferry for sure. So pumped for my honeymoon. All the flights, hotels, ferries and car rentals are booked just need to figure out excursions and what we want to see on what island.

 

So I am not feeling too confident about my recent dress purchase since I was back online with china this morning with them asking me to describe what i wanted again after several chat sessions and emails. Oh boy I think this one will be a bust too! And she tried to get more money out of me after i paid, not a good sign either! Oh well my fault for waiting so long and being cheap!! lol

 

I am soo excited for you girls leaving soon. I am freaking out and still have 5 weeks left!!!! It can't come soon enough and the little taste of beautiful weather we got today just makes me want to go like NOW!

Oh Lisa, that sucks. I'm worried too about my second dress. It's holding up my final veil and shoe decisions. Maybe you can still request a refund and try another option? At least your honeymoon arrangements are working out well.

 

Here's a new one for stress. Our photographers still haven't booked their flights or room! They have been waiting for a good deal and the prices keep going up.

 

I just keep reminding myself that in 4 weeks I will be in the sunshine relaxing with enough pina coladas to make me forget all my stress.

ok ladies --- random question.. in all honesty, how long do you think it will take to walk down the aisle?!?!?! lol  i downloaded the audacity program (great btw) and am not sure how short I should be cutting the songs down to?

 

my options so far are taylor swift's love story, which i've managed to cut down to about 2 min 15 sec... but part of me would REALLY like to use "Come What May" from Moulin Rouge, but to get as much of the song i'd want, we're looking at about 3 minutes??

Hi ladies!

I have been MIA for a few weeks - but have been keeping up with everyone's progress!! It's hard to keep up with everyone!!

 

I leave in 15 days! So crazy! I have so much still to do!! I'm going to be calling in a lot of favors over the next few weeks!! 

 

Anyways, we had my shower and stagette this past weekend - it was a BLAST!!

Here's a picture from my shower - my cousins made me a bow hat! Not the best picture...Too funny!!

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
