oh my.. lol about the inlaws.. haha  honestly,  think they got it, but i really don't see how we're going to have the time to get them done and mailed out before we leave .. so  may have to re-word them again!!! .. we'll see though.  my dad said we can do all the printing at his place, so we just need to shop for paper.  I'm gone all this coming weekend for my 'girls weekend', so yeah... we'll see if i feel like doing invites on one of the 2 other weekends i have left before we leave!! ;)

we did go to the polish hall yesterday though with both sets of parents and my grandma for a 'tasting' mmmm SOOO good!  and my parents loved the food too, so that's a plus. :)

ok .. way past my bed time!! lol darn Bachelor!!

Finally heard back from my friend (supposed 3rd bridesmaid). Yah, so "it's a no". It's sweet to let your best friend know that you're not coming to her wedding with a "We only have 5000 between us so it's a no". After a long talk with my mom & another friend I'm over it.

Anyone wanna buy a dress? Haha. It's not a convential BM dress by any means. It's gorgeous and I'd totally keep it if it wasn't 2 sizes too big on me (and I wouldn't match my 2 BM's haha). The pic doesn't do it justice. It's teal, about knee length, gorgeous beading around the keyhole neckline and all the way on the straps to the back. It's from Le Chateau, size Large. I'm a dress size 2/4 and I usually wear an XS there, sometimes a S... my friend who is (I think) about an 8 has a large and it fits her perfect. It's reg $169.99, I paid $89.99... tags still on, brand new, never been worn.

this is it - we all refer to it as the Emily cover-up because emily wore it on the Bachelor ;)

Love this!!  I may have to order also:)  Emily looked so cute in it!

On a funny/trying not to freak out note.....FI and I realized last night that we were getting married in 4 weeks and hadn't gotten his ring yet.  Oops!  We've looked at a few places, but he hasn't found anything he loves.  Are any of your FIs having diamonds in their rings?  I like that look, but he's afraid he'll be too rough on them.  The rings he likes are the $90 titanium ones....which cracks me up about the price b/c he tends to like expensive things.  It feels weird to me to only spend that much on his ring.  Anyone else have the same issue?

I was up late too watching the Bachelor finale and the After the Rose.  I was a huge Emily fan during the show, but wasn't so sure after the recap last night.  Bummer.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
