Every time we go over the border I beg to go to Target just to look around!

He proposed over near the overlook on the rounded side...  it was just outside the building that the Niagara Falls experience thing is...  I love falls though!

I've been to a Zellers up in Mississauga before...  Target would definitely be good for that place!

Lua - You could also try Boathouse for bandeau tops.  I got one at the Oshawa Centre Boathouse on the weekend, and they are pretty reasonably priced (surprisingly).

Hi Laura,

Have you tried ordering what you want from OldNavy.ca (the Canadian site)? I woinder if shipping would be different getting it through there? I also just received a 30% off coupon for Old Navy, Gap and Banana Republic (just for the Canadian stores) which can also be used online so if you're interested I can email it to you....

Hanna - I wish!!! unfortunately they are out of stock in my size at old navy.ca

Yeah, I saw the ones at boatbouse on the weekend. Was hoping to pay a bit less, but at least I know if I can't find anything by the last minute, I will go there.

OK ladies... need your 100% HONEST opinions! (no offense taken if they're bad)

so... I just made this out of some of the leftover fabric taken from my dress while watching the Bachelor (I have it paused just as he's about to propose btw) ;)

thoughts??? (please ignore the wet glue under the beads lol I was too anxious to share it)

If you gals honestly think it looks ok, I'm thinking of attaching an alligator clip on the back and using for my hair flower.

Ok I have been MIA again.

Brandy-OMG I am getting so excited and nervous for you. Sooo soon! Yikes. that cake was beautiful for your shower, glad to hear you had a great time.

Teira-everything looks amazing, congrats!

Laura-Try walmart, they had a sale on bandeaus recently.

Ok so I finally broke down and ordered koozies from this site www.chillerswholesale.com and spoke with a guy named mike as you can't order online from canada. i got the neon blue with my logo in white. they have a sale going on for those still interested in getting them and shipping time is good and cheap to canada. He charged me $15 for 100 of them. Total cost was 1.24 a piece with printed logo on both sides including shipping. WHAT A STEAL! I thought.

OK ladies I am still stuck on the ruffle dress thing and want to order one. here are some pics. Which do you prefer? I want to make the top with straps for this dress because my other one is strapless and I am going to probably use this one for my TTD unless I really love it more than my current original sottero and midgley. I am going to have to custom request the top but I would like your opinions on the bottoms. I want to have that slanted layered ruffle look.

Laura I think the material of the flower looks awesome but I am not too particular about the beads inside. I think I would add some bling with a small brooch or something. You can usually find them pretty cheap in kiosks in the mall or at the flea market or even at michaels with a coupon. Honest opinion. :)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
