Brandy,  I wanted to ask, did you see the new bag fees that came out last week?  Will that affect you?

Also, I had to share... a co-worker and I have this thing going about this funny fruitcake song I heard during Christmas, and she just sent me a link about how The Royal Wedding will have fruitcake served... I guess it's the hot thing in the UK....  I told her that no matter what, even though we are sharing our wedding day with the Royal family, we are NOT serving fruitcake!!!  Here is the link...  I guess us "American's" just don't understand fruitcake...what about the Canadian's?  Do you guys understand it?!?!

From the looks of it, your first bag is $25 and it continues on if you have more luggage.  I would imagine even though they weren't there when you booked, they will still charge you...that's what happen when we flew Delta a few years back, the fees weren't there when we flew to Florida, but during our trip the fees had gone into effect and they got us coming back.  I would contact US Air and see what they say.

Everyone flying down for our trip is flying US Air, but us...so I think all of them will be affected by this too...

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
