Yes we are :)! We're thinking waterfalls, and we're going to try to rent some horses :)!!!

So much fun!! She wants to do from noon to sunset TTD.

 

I think her big motivation for doing this for free is she's starting to advertise DW's and holding a seminar for them. This way she has some kickass DW shots for her portfolio.

I think I will start my planning thread this weekend.  I feel like I am all over the place right now so hopefully that will pull everything into perspective.

 

I just placed my first Vista Print order woo hoo! cheer2.gif  I did the 21 day free shipping but hopefully it will come sooner.  I made door hangers, welcome letters on oversized postcards, business cards with our name & date which I figure I will be creative with and use for luggage tags, key/tip holders, etc.  Plus I got lots of freebies of course including "invitations" with envelopes which I made into a stationary card with my new name.  Figured I will be writing lots of special little notes to people.  I did the free car magnet with "just married" and other fun things!  I know I will now be officially addicted like many of you.

I am so excited for the weekend. Flying home for a few days. Hopefully, please ladies everyone cross their fingers, my wedding band will be done so I can get my e-ring back. They are both handmade and my wedding band fits around my e-ring so I had to give it up. I miss my sparkly ring so much. Plus I have never seen them together.

 

As for the rest of the list:

  1. We have to get GM to finalize their reservations.
  2. Pick up some registry gifts we received.
  3. Finally have our Valentine's dinner and celebrate our 33 monthiversary.
  4. Shopping for summery clothes.
  5. Practice our first dance while I wear my crinoline.

 

Not too much work, just enjoy our visit together. I won't be back home or see FI until the beginning of April.

 

Is anyone engraving anything on their future husband's ring? I'm trying to decide what I would like to write.

Tris, that is so great, you are going to have so many amazing pictures, I cant wait to see them!!

 

Mocha, I thought about engraving FI ring but wasnt sure what to even write in it, also was wondering can you engrave tungsten rings, I know that cant be resized and all so I was wondering since they are like scratch resistant and all that can you even engrave them?????

Tris - Great choice on a photographer!  I have friends that used this company for their wedding in Winnipeg, and their pictures turned out AMAZING (actually their wedding photo won best photo for 2010...see link below)!  You will definitely be happy with your photos with this choice.

Oh, so we're going with sugar&soul photography for our wedding :)!! FI finally agreed to bring her. In the end we're saving $1000 by losing our deposit & we're getting better pics! Yay!! that's a good question about the engraving on tungsten Brandy .. i'm wondering too!  I would love to get FI's engraved "goose poop forever" .. an inside thing that no one would understand!! ;)  might be hard to explain in writing.. haha

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations.
