Erin, I redeem my points at the grocery store. In a normal year, I will earn a couple hundred and use it for the big Christmas grocery shopping trip. Two years ago we bought a wii with the points and I had planned on buying a ps3 for FI last year, but he ended up winning one. So now I have something like $1000. And probably enough hotel points to stay two weeks for free. We were going to use some of those points to extend our wedding week, but decided it would be too much work to switch resorts.

Mocha, that's awesome!  I would love to get a credit card with a great points system!  I have a Disney credit card and earn points on that, but can only spend them on Disney stuff of course.  It works okay now though because my niece (who is 2) loves both Mickey and Tigger, so I can buy her gifts with my points!  I just love the idea!

 

Lisa, I purchased some of Francine's left over lanyards, and I really liked the quality and look of them!!

Lisa, just keep track of the tracking number and if you don't see it arriving, keep on them. I just assumed it was a woman, I don't know why. As Erin said, the quality is good, only had problem with the shipping.

      Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!

      Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else.
