We are getting married at the RIU in Ochos Rios, Jamaica on April 14th 2011.  We are flying down an excellent photographer for the week from April 12th - 19th and he has asked us to post on here to see if anyone else is interested in having him shoot their wedding.  He is really well known in Vancouver BC, CANADA and takes some amazing pictures. He has also indicated that he usually takes 2-3000 pictures and gives all the rights to the photos to you.   He would be available for the entire day of your wedding (as long as its not on the 14th:)...note that not all of his pics are up on the wedding site, he ALOT more on request.

Check out his website at:

He is a really easy going guy too and we are confident that he will fully capture the day for us.  Let me know if you are interested.

Thanks,

Lenore

Brandy - I'm not a huge perfectionist, but I know I would be for scrapbooking!

Lua - I've been wanting to start a blog for awhile because I've had such a stressful time with my wedding (until I decided on the DW), and people would enjoy reading it.  I couldn't make the stuff up, that happened to me...it's been REALLY bad.

Also - I can't wait to get home and look at your tags!

I have 3 people from work attending the wedding and I actually told my boss for them just so she wasn't hit by the fact that the two people who can do one of the jobs, will be out.  I was like, I hope it's okay but....they are coming!  It was funny, she was just like oh, yea, we'll find someone to cover for them - don't worry!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
