Lisa, I should find out this week when if my bridal shower is at the end of January and if my sister is attending. If she is, we can ship to her and then have her bring them up. That will make a huge difference in shipping.

I got my real touch bouquets assembled today. I will post pictures tomorrow so you ladies can advise if I should make any changes. It was remarkably easier than I anticipated.

That's awesome! I think shipping in the states was 7.99$ or something like that! So did you want to make the order and i just pay you then? Send me a pm with your number and i will give you a call and we can talk about pick up and stuff. I will hold off until I hear from you.

Can't wait to see them. I just decided on my flowers last night and sent these three bouquets to the florist i am dealing with in cancun. Out of the three bouquets which one do you gals like best? Any comments good or bad please!

Wow, I've been out waaay too long but it seems as though I am right on track with everyone else as far as planning goes.

I love the first bouquet, unless you want more color then the third. :o)

I just can't believe we are finally less than 4 months from the wedding.  I've been planning since September 2009.. it's about time!!  Bought some adorable toasting glasses for our at home reception at Pier 1 today, they are our lime and royal wedding colors and they are big clonky margarita glasses, definitely look like Mexico.

My biggest challenge is what kind of gifts to get parents & wedding party. What's everyone giving theirs?

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
