Brandy & Laura-I am doing the white board thing too and I bought the boards and markers at dollorama! My 14year old cousin will be taking the pics for me as he has no one there his age and I am sure will be bored stiff lol

I thought about the fuji instant camera thing but this was cheaper and easier and I can just develop them when we get home and post them at the AHR to get other interested to do the same thing at the AHR.

Greys-Love the dress. It fits you like a glove. FI is gonna think you are a bombshell in that! Congrats!

I have been sitting here for awhile brainstorming ideas for the guest book for our guests who go to the DW, and I am SO excited that you shared the link for the white board guest book!  I love it!!!!  That's totally what we are doing!  We have purchased the picture frame guest book for our AHR, but I wanted to do something unique for our guests that travel to Mexico... Yay!  SO excited right now!!!

Just ordered a load of stuff from www.linentablecloth.com for my AHR(some items can be used at DW also) They have an amazing sale going on right now 20% everything plus free shipping and if you enter the coupon code Harvest10 you get another 10% off. I have 50 people coming down south and about 150 and it was actually cheaper to buy the items, tablecloths, chair covers, sashes, overlays and napkins then to rent them. After the wedding I will just sell everything! Yay I love a deal, just thought I would share. The deal is good till Nov 15th!

That's a great idea! I love a deal also - but how do you know how many to order of what? Did you just over-estimate to make sure there would be enough? I'm doing an at-home reception too so this would come in so handy to not have to rent linens twice!!

But I have no idea what I would need to even order:)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
