I am really trying to find inexpensive real touch bouquets as well. I just can't rationalize some of the prices people are charging. My whole bridal party might end up getting very simple bouquets so that I can DIY and save a couple hundred dollars. I requested a quote from watermenot.com and she's going to make some sample bouquets. We'll see how her pricing is relative to DIY.

The seashells with the orchids look beautiful. And it prob wouldn't be too hard to make the seashell bout yourself.

Ha -  I had the birth control shot too and also think that effected my weight! Wow you've done so good to quit soda completely, I still drink diet but really wanna cut that out as its no good for your teeth either.

I lost most of my weight right after getting engaged I was super determined, found it very hard to maintain the determination since. Now we're at 6 months its time to loose the rest!!! I've changed my eating habits too, i'm strict during the week and a little less strict at weekends. I've been attempting to go to the gym at least 2 times a week... dont always get there though :|

We can do it! smile29.gif

So this time I told myself I wasn't going to necessarily "diet" but just change they way I eat and exercise in general. I dint drink anymore soda, I havent had a soda in 6 months and I still crave them (thats terrible) no more fast food or fried foods of any kind, and Ive really been trying to cut back on the sugar Ive done okay for the most part but I do still have an occasional starbucks (huge weakness for me), I really do need to get on the ball with exercising more though I think I would be loosing more if I stepped that up a bit.  What have you been doing to lose the weight?  Your doing much better than me Ive only lost like 15 pounds in a 4 month period should have lost way more than that but like I said Im trying to make it a lifestyle change not a "diet".

I wish I could take flowers/centre pieces with me, but I have so much to take as it is and they really know how to charge from the UK for excess baggage!!

I was wondering last night - we need to pick songs for walking down the asile etc. but how long does it take someone to walk down the asile? do you walk down to the same music as bridesmaids ?! ....

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
