SANDALS Royal Carribean! MUST GO!

Recommended Posts

We have to say since the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. We decided to go with the concierge honeymoon beach front package. Even though the first room we were put it was nice, it wasnâ€t 100% beach front, it was 50%pool view and 50% beach view. We decided to go to the concierge desk and thatâ€s where we met KECIA..She took such great care of us. She took the time to show us other rooms and then she said she would be right back and would take care of us and she did. Our room was amazing! We truly had the best room in the resort- Throughout our entire stay there wasnâ€t a moment where we didnâ€t' get a smile and a how is everything going from her. Judiene was also amazing as well from the time we arrived; she walked us through the resort and set up all our activities for us for the week. She recommended restaurants as well. Glad we took her advice. We decided to book the "love nest" package (couples massage, candlelight dinner on the beach, and in room candlelight rose pedals throughout the room into the Jacuzzi bath with chilling champagne.-WOW! We decided for our first night to do the couples massage on the little island where the Thai Restaurant was at sunset- Must do if you want to start your vacation/honeymoon off right. Ask for Lois!-- She was incredible. We were led to a private cabana and had our massages done as the sun went down- now that's romantic. Afterwards, they left us alone with our hands holding and then later brought us champagne. She even recommended a spray to reduce the redness from the sun-which really works. Throughout our stay we engaged in as many activities as we could on the resort. We came to make great friends with the Fun/Play makers- Nae Nae, Zoey, Beatbox, Shades, New York, Ginger and Tweety. They truly made our honeymoon! Nae-Nae and Zoe especially took the time to really get to know us as well as the other fun makers. I canâ€t say enough amazing things about Nae- Nae. She even came with us on her day off to explore Negril with us-WOW we had so much fun and she taught us so much about Jamaica and we learned more about her- she can sing so beautifully too. She has such a sweet and fun attitude about her that makes you want to be around her all the time. Zoe is such a sweetheart and super silly. These girls can do it all, dance sing, laugh and make you feel extra special. I miss them already and we have only been home for 24 hours. The nice thing about this resort is that itâ€s smaller so you have a more personal touch. No matter where you are at the resort, no matter who you run into, everyone is always smiling and willing to lend a hand if you need something. You are treated like royalty :) We will be going back as soon as we can and canâ€t' wait to do so! We met a lot of guest that make that resort "Their resort" as the same couples keep coming back and after our trip we now know why. We toured through YS falls-rope jumped, the Black River and then went to the Appleton Rum factory- good learning experience. We also went next to Rickâ€s cafe and went cliff diving-well my husband did- I was a little nervous to do so. 35 ft high- scary but what a rush! Then we watched the sunsets 6pm-6:20pm gorgeous sun sets-canâ€t even describe the serenity of it all. On our last day at the resort we played our last game of pool volleyball and danced our last dance. We had our romantic candlelight dinner on the beach and then we were in a fashion show with the fun/playmakers. We said our tearful goodbyes and resided to our room to enjoy our romantic rose pedaled candlelit Jacuzzi bath. I can't say enough about this resort and the excursions we went on. You must tour through Jamaica and understand their culture and respect it. Not only is Jamaica beautiful, but the people who live there truly have amazing hearts. To truly understand what community and family mean you must go here and stay at this resort as I honestly don't believe it would have been this amazing without meeting Nae-Nae, Kecia, Zoe, Judiene the rest of the team and staying here. WE WILL BE BACK. Peace & Love!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
