I actually have been in contact with Argenis Guzman Castillo (Email: prelegance@majestic-resorts.com) He is the guest service manager at the ME, I confirmed with him a reservation for our welcome dinner at the buffet area, I read somewhere that they have semi private areas for this there.  I actually got his email address from Jordi who works at ME (He replies to emails on the Majestic FB group).  He said its confirmed but I am also going to see him at the guest service office when I get there to make sure.  Also, he emailed me the activities program, BBQ on the beach is on Wednesdays and Mondays (weather permitting).

That is awesome!  Megs - did you actually make it through all of those songs?  That list is soo much longer than mine was.  Did the DJ play through your list as it was on your ipod or did he mix it up a little and pick through your listing?

To be honest I'm not sure if we made it through the list.  LOL too many tequila shots!  I wanted to have more than enough music, hence the long lists.  I had him put the playlists on shuffle so they were not played in the order listed
