She gave me a little more info.  We are really considering Jellyfish right now as well, the pricing seems somewhat reasonable and the pictures are just gorgeous... i just have to take a closer look at the budget.

If you go to Facebook and look up Jellyfish Restaraunt they have a ton of pictures. The set up is beautiful and they do it in so many different ways and different colors.

omg! yes!  facebook pics are great!  thanks for the suggestion!  my only curiousity is how much of this was done based on what the jellyfish offers versus what brides brought down and did themselves?  the set ups are really beautiful.  i'm not really a hands-on type of bride, so i'm wondering how much the restaurant does and at what cost.  i guess i'll find out when i'm down there to visit in nov.  thanks again!

is the menu they sent you for weddings? What are the average prices of wedding meals there? I have emailed them and asked them about prices for ceremonies, decorations, cakes, etc. I'll post the response when I get it.

I posted a bunch of pics of our November 13, 2010 at The Jellyfish on their Facebook page.Ours is the wedding with all of the blues. It was the best decision we made to move our Wedding there. We could not have been any more thrilled with how everything looked, tasted and how well our guests were treated. It is an amazing place!!
