Hi There
Congrats email address is groupsmx1@bahia-principe.com
and the wedding co-ordinator is Jazmin.

Good luck it does take a while to hear from them so I suggest you get an email to her soon. I will also try to help you if I can. I was married there feb 2/10, just over a month ago. I have kept most of the details for planning there, example flower packages and extra cost things like poolside receptions.

Take care Sue

I could use all the help I can get... I have gotten some general information from some people that do the reservations for the resort but the problem is they cant really help me anymore because my guests are booking through Expedia so they can get the whole package for a real good deal etc.

Do you have any examples of the different bouquets they offer with the packages etc? I am open to any help what so ever I have already emailed and I might just follow up with a phone call later this afternoon in hopes I can get the right people...

I am starting to get a little stressed out and I cannot wait until we can just get this all figured out!

I was married at the Akumal Beach location at the Bahia Principe on February 25th...everything was fantastic...try not to worry, you will be well taken care of. Let me know if I can help you with anything. The pictures they provide for bouquets are just a sampling of what they have done in the past and some of them are quite dated. I searched the internet and found an inspiration picture, printed it in colour and presented it to my wedding coordinator Karla. My bouquet was nearly exactly as the photo and I was thrilled. One other thing I want to assure you of is the hotel photographer. We had Jose Insunza from Arrecife Studio who has become the wedding photographer for the Bahia in the last 5-6 months. He is really good. You can see his work on Facebook: Arrecife Studio. We signed a release for him to post some of our photos but to my knowledge they are not up yet. We had a unique Asian themed wedding as my husband is Chinese and he was eager to capture it on film.

Happy planning...this forum is an amazing tool to guide you on your way.

Cheers,

Sunnyee

    • We just had a destination wedding and both my girls were flower girls!  The dresses from princessly were perfect!  Lots of complements! Would definitely recommend them!  Very reasonably priced.
    • I just want to say I got the best flower girl dresses on Princessly. It was very reasonably priced, they customized the dress to fit my daughter and it came within a couple of weeks. My daughter looked amazing and so did her cousin (who also wore the dress). The company was so easy to deal with and I’m so happy I chose them! Here are a couple of pics!
    • Hello, I'm new to this site. I got engaged already and get married by next year. I have some doubts regarding our dating destination. Hope you will help me. Thank You!
    • Hello everyone,
Well, this upcoming valentine's day is special for me because I got engaged and planning to spend the day with my fiance. I'm planning to give her an ethical jumpsuit.

Other than that I have been searching the internet for some nice discounted coupons and searched among my friends and found different sites. Now, we are looking forward to that wonderful day. We searched a lot and found out, Escape The City. Orangeville is a great place for a day trip or weekend gateway from Toronto.
Theatre Orangeville is offering a weekend package that includes 2 tickets to a Live performance at the theatre, Premium Overnight Accommodations at Best Western Plus Orangeville Inn and Suites and $75 Downtown Wine and Dine Voucher which is valid at select Downtown restaurants, and Free Entry to the scenic Trails & Bridges of Island Lake.

We are so excited and eagerly waiting for that day.
If anyone has got any other suggestions for the venue, kindly share your thoughts/ideas.
      Thank You!
