Hmm, not sure which I am doing. Assuming it most be classic. I'm not too worried about bulking up at this point though certainly looking like Pam is not the look I am going for, her legs scare me.

Cindy - I had the same thought when I saw Pam but they throw in the graduates I think to associate "real people do this too" sorta thing. I completed P90X last year and am on month 3 now and I never bulked up, just toned up and lost weight.

Kwaits - I'm following the eating plan, calories and portions not totally perfectly but for the most part. It seems to work better for me personally when I do.

We are not following the eating plan right now but plan to at least try to follow it. Right now we are just trying to eat better and make sure we do P90X every night. I have made a shopping list based on what we are supposed to eat following the plan but haven't actually gotten around to going to get everything.

I've done the Classic and the Lean and got better results with the Classic. I don't bulk up, just end up toned.

As for food, I'm actually doing Weight Watchers (it's free at work) and I really like the idea behind it. It is honestly just being more aware of what you are putting in your body. I can't do diets, especially because DH is the pickiest eater in the whole world so just making better decisions about food is helping me. I mean, of course we all know you shouldn't eat the Big Mac or drink that Starbucks Trenta Frap, so writing it down and picking something better portioned honestly helps change your mindset.

And on that note I'm down 5.6 pounds after my post wedding slump. I heart feeling healthy!

Keep up the hard work ladies :o)

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
