That's awesome Sharon! Are you seeing/feeling any results?

I am into week 2. I realized that I am missing a couple of discs though! I thought I had made copies of all of them, but I missed a couple that had similar names. I don't have shoulders and arms, so I substituted that with chest/shoulders/back. I'm missing a disc for the next phase too. I'm going to try to track down someone else around here that has it so I can burn a copy.

I LOVE kenpo!

So glad you are sticking with it!!

I feel great. The scale goes up & down 2 pounds so I try not to weight myself too often. I am going to measure myself this week to compare but I can feel a difference in my clothes for sure. Damn, that stinks you don't have all the workouts but at least you are getting something in. Oh yes, I love Kenpo too! Such a great total body workout, its fun and goes by pretty quick.

We definitely have to keep each other in check!

UGH! Yoga is the worst! I attempted it for the second time (I'm in week two now) and I did about half of it and turned it off... It is so repetitive! I've worked it out so that Yoga falls on the days that I play beach volleyball. Do you think its a decent substitution Sharon? I was able to find the missing DVDs on russian youtube. WOO!

Sorry I've been MIA ladies...got married a few weeks ago :o)

I am HOPING to start my 2nd round of P90X next Monday!!!  A co-worker has my copies, and I've been all but begging her to meet up so I can get them back :oP

Sharon:  DEFINITELY don't worry about any 2-3lb gain.  I freaked (maybe in week 2-3?) after gaining like 3 lbs, and then read on the beach body forum that it is normal because of muscle inflamation.  Once you get a little further in, your muscles should get a little more use to it and the fluxuation should stop.

Mandy -- Yoga IS torture :oP  Towards the end my friend and I started subbing it out too.  All I can try to suggest, is that in the beginning, TRY to fight out at least the first 1/2 of the video.  In this program Tony stresses the importance of Yoga in the routine, and even suggests you do it at least once a week after the program is over.  There is definitely a reason that pro sports players even go to yoga! (I had eagles players show up to a class I was at in Philly one time).  I have a firm belief that a lot of yoga lies in your head.  I'm guilty of this too!!! .. but if you start yoga out with the "I really dont want to do this" attitude, it is going to be torture and feel like its lasting forever.  If its honestly something you hands down do NOT want to do or do not enjoy though, definitely substitute something!  Working out in general is better than never at all, right!? :o)

Great just on sticking it out so far ladies!! Hope to be joining you soon!

Congrats jszy10!! I hope you get your videos back soon!

I did measure myself and still nothing has changed. I just started the 2nd week of month 2 so hopefully I see a difference in numbers soon.

I HATE yoga also and I am guilty of having the bad attitude against it!! I honestly have not done it at all this round...I know I am bad! I substitute it out every week. Its so long & soooo boring. I totally feel like I am not getting anything out of it. I would rather be running and that's what I am doing! lol! On my yoga days I will either run or do the elliptical undecided.gif and I know Tony would not be happy! I just cant stand doing it! Now I feel guilty lol!

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
