Yay on the weight loss kwaits!

I also have no self control. Seriously I was craving chocolate last night so I ate a spoonful of nutella. Bwahhahahahaha. I suck.

I did the chest, shoulders, tri last night and I think it is crazy that people can actually do one handed push ups or the push ups where you jump and clap in between. I just end up falling on my face. Maybe one day...

Yum, Nutella! Whenever I have a chocolate craving I allow myself to have 1 (big) spoonful of chocolate icecream. Dangerous...

I did chest, shoulders, tri the other day and I am glad to hear I'm not the only one who struggles with the one handed push ups! I can't even get halfway down when I'm on my knees.

I just got done doing back and biceps. I keep forgetting to breathe during pull-ups. Oops

You girls are doing great and absolutely deserve a spoonful of whatever you want, that won't kill your diet, eating over your calories will so stick to that and you can have a treat every once in awhile!

I had 2 SF jello puddings last night and didn't even work out, just didn't feel good so that made me feel better.

To any of you girls working out pre-wedding, get most of it out of the way and done about 2 weeks before you leave. I leave in 5 days and the last 2 weeks I haven't been able to fit hardly any working out in, I'm just too busy! I'm working out tonight though, no doubt, Legs, Back & Ab ripper ouch.

So true Amy! A spoonful of chocolate makes everything better :)

And I totally agree about getting all of your work out goals done about 2 weeks before you leave for your wedding. That's just one more thing to cross off your checklist and you'll feel great knowing how hard you worked.

Keep breathing and working hard ladies :o)

Hey ladies. Question for you all. Will I ever be able to do a pull up? We have the pull up bar set up in the doorway of the bathroom on the main floor. FI can do like a gazillion pull ups (or so it seems to me anyway). I can't even do one proper pull up. I feel so frustrated when I try them, I understand that there are other modified pull ups I can do but one day, I really want to do an actual pull up. So is there anyone who couldn't do a pull up when they started P90X that can do one now? That would be great motivation for me. Thanks!

Tash it's all about getting toned! It does help me loose when I've gone a bit crazy, ahem... 8 pounds from the AI and then trying to get life back to normal after the wedding bought me another couple of pounds... so after a couple of weeks of P90X, I'm starting to hit the weight plateau, but reallly noticing lost inches and more firmness. And that's what counts for swim suit and wedding dress season :o) Oh and I'm going to start focusing on legs and back because apparently my early 30th brithday gift is more dimples on my bum. FML.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
