I started P90X about three weeks ago. It is really intense!! Sunday will mark week four so hopefully when I get on the scale I will see some body fat loss. .. weight loss is not really my goal since I'm not out of shape. . .

hahaha I just checked into this thread, since I feel like its a good place for support! haha I am on day 7 today, and it will be the stretch for me! thank god - I need it after this past week! I hate chest/back day, it really kills me!!

Tomorrow will be Day 1 for me. Wish me luck! A friend is doing it with me so hopefully we will keep each other accountable and motivated :-)

Agreed..it's definitely more fun when you do it with someone else. DH did it with me for Day 1 but unfortunately he's away at grad school so I've been doing it on my own. It keeps me busy while he's away I guess!

Has anyone been able to master the Crane move in yoga? Any tips?

Just finished day one chest & back with the ab ripper dvd at the end...Im gonna hurt tomorrow, but in a good way :-)

Hi girls! I just did yoga yesterday and made it through most of it. Thats really the only one that I really cant do. cant stand on my head or do any of those last few poses on one leg. It is so frustrating. I bought only the dvds so I dont have their plans. I just do whatever workout I feel like at that time because I also run and go the gym

Ok my FI decided to start the program today so that we can do it together so I guess I'm calling it Day 1 LOL Core Synergistics I actually enjoy so today wasn't bad :-) I found and ordered my wedding gown today so that was a good inspiration to start the week of right with Day 1 of 90 :-)

Just finished day 3...87 more days to fo :-) I am LOVING it so far. I never thought I would like working out at home, I have always been a gym girl, but Im really enjoying this. I already feel like I could get awesome results. Can't wait for day 30 so I can take measurements and pics to see the results on paper. Keep it up ladies, we will all look AMAZING on our big day!

I am just curious to know how many of you are doing P90X classic as opposed to P90X Lean? I just read that some people bulk up too much with P90X classic? Definitely not what I want... lol
