Ok I have officially completed Day 8, no longer feel like I've been hit by a bus and am into my 2nd week YAY :-) LOL Diet is something I'm going to have to work on. I was good all week but tonight nibbled on everything from garlic fingers, to fish (deep fried :-s) to zucchini fingers when we got take out with the kiddies. In other words pure grease. I suppose it makes no sense to do these hellish workouts to eat junk afterwards :-s

Does anyone drink the Recovery Formula?
I have the Recovery Formula, I don't drink it all the time but it sure does work. I used to feel really sick after some workouts of pushing myself to hard, no appetite and drinking this right afterwards completely erased that. I fuels your muscles with the energy they need to repair fast but it's basically sugar and carbs and high calories for not filling you up at all.

LOL Alright - as long as I'm not the only one. Ahhhh a little tiramisu would be lovely right about now. Instead I guess I'll go do Core Synergistics :-s On the up side I weighed myself yesterday and I was down to 139 so I guess my grease-binge on Friday night didn't kill all my progress :-)

Thanks for the feedback!! I'm going to see how I do these first few weeks with using chocolate milk (I hear it's actually a good recovery drink). If not I'll buy the p90x formula.

I've heard the same thing! Yeah if that works by all means do it, the Recovery Formula is like $40! Let me know how that works for you :)

I heard that chocolate milk thing too! But then I also heard the recovery formula tastes like orange creamsicles...yummy...I wish they sold individual packets so I didn't need to get the whole thing.

I am sad to say, I fell off the wagon last week...had a trip to DC for work, then a trip to visit my parents...tried to eat OK, but had a nice workout break that was not really deserved considering I had only done 7 days. Anyway, new monday, new stamina, new track...did Kenpo and abs today, didn't make me sweat thaaaaat much.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
