Wendy....I saw the bag you guys picked...very nice...and as you said...a good compromise for you and the FI.

We had ours imprinted:
W & M Celebration

We opted for W & M instead of our names so our guests would be more likely to use them after the wedding

Danielle & Wendy, I LOVE your bags!! Makes me wish we had waited & gone that route! Instead we have cotton Seed bags from Walmart in various colors. They're like reusable grocery or hobo-type bags & I really like them, but I like yours even better! Great find! Can't wait to see the final product :)

I like that!!! Did you supply the palm tree image to them? I was thinking of using a monogram. Also, what color did you get the print in? My wedding colors are fucshia and silver/platinum so I was thinking of a silver matte or a shiny silver color against the bag...not sure how that would look though.

Thank you Karen...will defintely post when the bags are done!!

Danielle, we used one of the palm tree images they had and opted for a green color, almost olive green. I thought it looked good on the jute and wouldn't be too girly. We have been using palm tree theme on invites/std...

I think a matte silver would be better than shiny on the jute fabric. I considered black. I'm sure you know but you can design your own images in the design lab and see how it looks on the jute.

I think you are right about the matte silver. BTW..i had no idea about the design lab!!! Thanks for letting me know....that will make it easier to envision what the bag will look like.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
