I'm a m.o.b., Kathy, wedding for my daughter in Mexico is 7/14. Am wondering: how do you get glass champagne flutes to Mexico w/o shattering?

You can send it thru fedex direct to your wedding planner or you can carry-on in the airplane

Mine came in a box with foam around them. I am leaving them in that and packing them in a carry on bag! That and my sand vase!

We just used the ones that came with the rest of the rentals. I'd carry them on if you have the space.

I brought crystal back from a trip to Prague, and we just packaged them really really tightly inside of a box, literally nothing in the box could move, and put the box in our carry on bag, so it was with us 24/7. Good luck!

I think that carrying them on the plane is probably your best bet. If the airline and flight attendants know that you are traveling for a wedding, they may help to secure your valuables, ie dress and champagne flutes!
