I was so excited when I saw I finally reached 150.  Haha!! How long until you were able to open things?

Congratulations!

I heard back from my MP WC and I have my gazebo confirmed and the terrace for our cocktails and private dinner. She also confirmed that there is no charge to use their power if we bring our own speakers and iPod. And no charge if we do the decor set up.

Ok, so this is my favorite resort so far due to price and activities.  I am planning on having my wedding on 11/4/11 and it's available for that date.  I am nervous about the recent crimes in Mexico and I'm hoping this doesn't affect my guests.  Does anyone if this is considered a safe area?

Kristibear - Have no worries. Moon Palace is super safe. Most of the criminal activity is on the other side of the country. Cancun is still very safe and Moon Palace is secluded away from everything.

You will probably have a lot of guest with concerns about the crimes but you just have to let them know that is not at the resorts in Mexico.  Form what I have read the only violence - outside of the border towns - is in acapulco and they don't seem to be tourist spots.  I think if you stay on the resort and don't venture off outside of heavily tourist areas everyone will be fine.  And if you aren't traveling with any Survivor producers :)
