By far, the best restaurant in my opinion is Arrecifes (the brazilian steakhoues) and that number of people is perfect to have it on their outside terrace, right outside the windows from the restaurant (you can see it in plenty of pics on the thread :) ... So you can have all your guests fit comfortably on the Arrecifes terrace and have the best menu on the property!!! and yes it's free!!!

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!  Your wedding looked amazing!  Did you bring your own decor or did they do it for you?

It was $750 but by time you add in the tax and set-up fee it comes up to $950.  This is the best quote that I received and this was from JSAV.  What kind of quote did you get? PSAV was quoting me $1,120 w/taxes and fees.

Have you spoken to the resort about Ismael?  Do you think that you will pay for a day pass or for a room??  I'm pretty sure I am going to book him too thanks to you and Alison!

both of the restaurants at the golf course are really nice.  I know there is a terrace there but I don't know for sure if you can use it.  We saw a bride at the brazilian place while I was eating dinner with the family.  You do have to go up to the salad bar in the middle of everyone.  It's no big deal and clearly everyone let her go first.  Just something to think about.  It is really fun atmosphere though.

    • Hi everyone! I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010. Does anyone have any updated information on costs / reviews they would like to share of this venue? Or advice in general, anything helps. Thanks so much, happy wedding planning to all!
    • Hello everyone, I am dreaming of a wedding in Costa Rica and was wondering if I could get any help with venues and wedding planners. I am thinking Tamarindo because a close friend of mine lives there and I've been in town more than a couple of times, she's being helpful but is at a loss when it comes to this subject really so I was wondering if anyone here had recommendations. I am not closed to other town suggestions either, if I happen to find a good place and staff somewhere else. These are the places I have so far, has anyone had any experience with any of them?  Stay In Tamarindo Luxury Villas in Costa Rica Luxury Villas Pinilla Tropical Homes of Costa Rica The Point Luxury Villa Thank you so much for your help!
